Our sleeves are open at the top on the narrow side, which makes inserting documents easy whilst preventing them from slipping out when turning the pages. The reinforced 15 mm binding edge also ensures extremely high tear resistance at the binding mechanism.

Two formats to suit your individual requirements

Choose the right size based on your family album and your inserts:

  • Option 1: Family register format with matching edges (130 x 200 mm)
    This sleeve fits perfectly with the dimensions of standard family registers. Documents in DIN A5 or DIN A4 format must be folded to fit. Ideal for an aesthetic, flush look with no protrusion.
  • Option 2: Comfort oversized format for DIN A5 (169 x 215 mm)
    This sleeve is wider and taller, so that DIN A5 inserts (or DIN A4 sheets folded in the middle) fit inside without any additional creases. Please note: Due to its dimensions, this sleeve protrudes beyond the edge of a standard family album.

Why are there two different sizes?

The smaller sleeve (130x200mm) is for purists who do not want protruding plastic edges in the family register. The larger sleeve (169x215mm) offers greater convenience, as A5-sized documents can be inserted without having to be folded.

Are the sleeves document-safe?

Yes, we use high-quality plastics that do not release any plasticisers onto your documents, so the ink will not stick to the film even after years.

Do the sleeves fit into any registry office family register?

Our sleeves use the standard 30 mm hole spacing between the six rings. This is the most common size for German family registers. If in doubt, please measure the spacing of your ring mechanism briefly.
